Does anyone attend these?

If you go, what do you like/dislike about them? Do you feel you get alot of help or alot of work done while you're there? What are your strategies for success in terms of getting some words out while attending? Is it more for socializing and destressing with other people as insane as you are?

If you don't go, why? If you write primarily at home/alone, how do you stay focused and motivated? Hints? Tips? Cheats? lol

This is my first year and I'll take any advice y'all wanna give!
